Michelle Boniello
Board Candidate
Dear Neighbors of Bell Park Gardens, I am writing to let you
know that I will be running again for a position on the Board
of Directors.
Serving on the Board has been an important responsibility, and
I have appreciated the opportunity to work on behalf of our
community. Over the past few years, I have remained committed
to listening to residents, supporting thoughtful
decision-making, and helping maintain the quality and
stability of our community.
I believe continuity and open communication
are essential as we move forward. If re-elected, I will
continue to focus on transparency, responsible financial
oversight, and ensuring that the needs and concerns of our
residents are heard.
Thank you for your time and for considering my candidacy. I
truly value our community and would be honored to continue
serving on the Board.

Cathy Chimenti
Board Candidate
Cathy Chimenti has lived in Bell Park since 1996. She raised
both of her children here, and happily resides with her
husband Michael in their Duplex apartment.
She has been part of the Board since early 2021. It has been
a very interesting experience. Since serving, she has
obtained a lot of knowledge on how the corporation operates.
She has made many good friends on this Board as well.
Her mission is to continue to
utilize her secretarial skills while serving
on this Board of Directors. She is a proud member and would
like to continue to do so.

Felicia Chi
Board Candidate
As a current resident of BPG for the last 5 years and a board
member, I feel that as a
property management professional with 17 years of
experience, I bring a unique “insider” perspective
to our Board.
I am currently a Property Manager at FirstService
Residential, where I manage a portfolio of luxury
Manhattan co-ops. My professional background allows me to
provide the technical and financial oversight necessary to
protect our building’s assets and enhance our community.
